Every project starts with a free 30-minute online meeting where we clarify the needs and how to move forward.

The Diagnosis has three steps:

  • In-depth conversation (~1h) - we get into the details of your business
  • Analysis - we need a set of data from you, which we combine with our own
  • Strategy workshop (3h) - we discuss everything we found, face to face

Examples of data we ask for: current revenue structure, sales volumes, details on how prices are set, and current client segments. We walk through what's needed together. If some information is missing, we adapt.

What does the 3-month execution partnership include?
