How we work

We clarify the current situation

We discuss the full context: what's happening in the business, what you've tried, where the blockers are, and what actual constraints exist (resources, time, dependencies). We get access to the relevant data - financial, operational, commercial - and, when needed, we run short interviews with people who see the situation from different angles (team, clients, suppliers).

We build 2-3 data-based scenarios

We research, model the options, and identify the scenarios worth analyzing in detail. For each scenario we calculate estimated financial impact, required resources, risks, and the critical assumptions it rests on.

We facilitate the decision process

Applied workshop(s) where we walk through the scenarios with your team. We discuss implications, adjust assumptions on the spot if new information appears, and answer the questions that matter. The final decision is yours.

We build the action plan

A detailed roadmap for the chosen direction: what to do, in what order, who's responsible, what results to expect at each stage, and how we measure progress.

Decision point We define the implementation partnership together - check-in cadence, level of support, duration.

We guide implementation

Your team executes; we stay by your side. Recurring check-ins, adjustments when context changes, and support for the difficult decisions that come up along the way.

Investment

Every project is different in scope, complexity, and value generated, and each affects the price differently. Our projects start from €4.400. We discuss the investment and the guarantees openly before any commitment.

Implementation support is billed separately, monthly, for as long as you need.
